The best way to get involved in 350 Massachusetts is by attending a local group meeting...we call our local groups "nodes!" Members of each 350 Mass node work together to organize their communities, mobilize their friends and neighbors, and hold their elected officials accountable.
This is a map of our nodes as of January 2017 (2018 version with Upper Charles and Allston-Brighton coming soon!). Note that we often add new nodes, so this map may not be perfectly accurate -- the calendar on the right-hand sidebar is the most up-to-date source of information about upcoming node meetings and events!
Our Nodes
Allston-Brighton
The Allston-Brighton Node is on of our newest nodes, officially organized in 2018. They've been working to organize the Allston-Brighton area around climate. Check the calendar on the right-hand sidebar for details on upcoming node meetings (every other Monday from 6:30-8) and events, or email [email protected].
Berkshires
The Berkshires node is geographically our largest node! Check out their website to see what they've been doing lately, and sign up here for their monthly newsletter! You can join the node by attending one of their monthly Wednesday meetings; check out the calendar in the right-hand sidebar for details. Boston
The Boston node primarily draws people from Boston and Brookline. It's a great group -- node members often head out to Doyle's for drinks and snacks after the meeting. Meetings are twice a month, on Tuesdays; check out the calendar in the right-hand sidebar for details. Get in touch with node leaders by emailing [email protected].
Cambridge-Somerville
Cambridge is where 350 Mass began! The Cambridge-Somerville node has been meeting regularly since June 2012. Most Cambridge-Somerville node members live in Somerville or Cambridge, but there are also regular attendees from Arlington, Lexington, Medford, and other nearby towns. Cape Cod
Our Cape node is a newer and dynamic group that meets in Hyannis on Thursday evenings -- check the right-hand sidebar for the most up-to-date info, or email [email protected].
Charles River
The Charles River Green Coalition is our newest node, joining 350 Mass in November 2019. The node includes activists from Westwood, Dedham, Norwood, Medfield, Needham, Sharon, Canton, Walpole, Dover, and Norfolk. Greater Franklin
People from Franklin, Medway, Bellingham, Norfolk and other nearby towns are working together to fight fossil fuel infrastructure and demand climate justice. Meetings are twice a month on Thursdays; check out the calendar in the right-hand sidebar for details. Meetings often include updates from various towns in the Franklin area, along with information about the broader statewide against new gas pipelines and fossil fuel infrastructure. Lowell
This all-star team has been working to organize the city of Lowell since 2012. Stop by to say hello, see some friendly faces and join the team! Metro North
This node started in January 2017 and coordinated by Valerie Walton, [email protected]. It includes people who live or work in Winchester and the surrounding communities, with meetings in Winchester every other Wednesday at noon. Check the calendar on the right-hand sidebar for details!
MetroWest
At MetroWest node meetings, we gather climate activists from many towns to exchange ideas, find inspiration, and work on statewide and local campaigns. Sometimes we feature a speaker or media presentation on a topic of interest. Snacks are available, and good conversation! The MetroWest node encompasses Sudbury, Framingham, Natick, Wayland, Concord, Marlborough, and many surrounding towns. Mystic Valley
This is a newer node, started in January 2017. They've been working to organize in Medford, Malden, Melrose, and Stoneham around climate! Newton
The Newton node is hard at work mobilizing folks in Newton to take action on climate! The node meets once a month on Tuesday. Node meetings are usually spent planning upcoming events and actions and checking in about 350 Mass' campaigns. North Shore
The North Shore node meets once or twice a month on Tuesdays; check out the calendar in the right-hand sidebar for details. Meetings are usually spent discussing upcoming events and actions on the North Shore, including lectures, rallies, and art builds and more. The node includes people from Ipswich, Marblehead, Beverly, Peabody, Danvers, Gloucester and Rockport. Email node leaders Carolyn Britt and Joy Gurrie at [email protected].
South Coast
The South Coast node meets twice a month on Tuesdays; check out the calendar in the right-hand sidebar for details. They're a friendly crew that's hard at work organizing folks from Taunton, New Bedford, Lakeville, and Fall River! South Shore
Hingham, Braintree, Weymouth, Hull, and Quincy residents came together to form the South Shore node in 2013, and the node has been meeting regularly every since. Upper Charles
Our newest node as of early 2018, the Upper Charles node serves Holliston, Sherborn, and Hopkinton. Check the right hand sidebar for information on the next meeting!

Current Affiliates
In addition to our nodes, 350 Mass has affiliates. These are independent groups that operate under their own name, but who have committed to work with 350 Mass on our statewide goals. You can learn more about becoming an affiliate group here.
